Amidira offers free standard delivery to USA and Canada. If you'd like to expedite the shipping, please pay the express shipping costs at checkout. Prices may vary depending on the shipping address.

HOW FAST ARE ORDERS SHIPPED WITH FREE DELIVERY?

All our orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days for orders placed in Canada and 5-7 business days for orders placed in the States. If you'd like to receive your order sooner, please choose and pay for express shipping at checkout.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM BOXES?

 Yes! Contact us at info@amidira.com and just tell us what you'd like packed. The stuff that you see in various boxes on our site can be picked for a unique combo just for you. Our last unique combo was a set of different green teas, and before that, it was jumbo sized package of both our Mind Care and Body Care boxes with an extra Cozy Up Blanket.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY?

For all our items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 day after receiving your item to request a return by emailing us at info@amidira.com. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
If items were damaged or something crappy / unexpected has happened, let us know and we'll be happy to help! This store is here to help cancer patients, so we have been known to bend over backwards to make things right.
