Refund policy

For anything that's perishable (food items like tea) or personal in nature (body creams and scrubs), we can't accept refunds. We hope you understand! This means our gift boxes are non-refundable.

For all other items, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing us at info@amidira.com. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If items were damaged or something crappy / unexpected has happened, let us know and we'll be happy to help!
