HOW AND WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We sell to USA and Canada. We only pack and ship items during regular business hours on weekdays so expect your items to be shipped 1-3 days from your order date, depending on when you order.
- FREE SHIPPING our gift boxes. These gorgeous boxes are made of thick paperboard with magnetic closures and are great for re-use. We carefully pack these in corrugated mailers so your items will arrive in mint condition!

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM BOXES?
Yes! Contact us at email@example.com and just tell us what you'd like packed. The stuff that you see in various boxes on our site can be picked for a unique combo just for you. Our last unique combo was a set of different green teas, and before that, it was jumbo sized package of both our Mind Care and Body Care boxes with an extra Cozy Up Blanket.
WHAT'S YOUR REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY?
- For all our items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 day after receiving your item to request a return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- If items were damaged or something crappy / unexpected has happened, let us know and we'll be happy to help! This store is here to help cancer patients, so we have been known to bend over backwards to make things right.
